She did all types of jobs from food prep, to peeling potatoes, onions cutting, cleaning and many more tasks. She later in her early twenties joined her mum in Ireland, and found myself surrounded by different types of food. Believing her mum to be the best cook she got to learn  many West African dishes.

• Having his cooking show broadcasting on Pwani TV and Celebrity Kitchen  and also he was considered among the top male chefs in Africa by DSTV.
• Got him to own a Pastry Factory.
• Earned him a potion to be a representative of the Kenya’s Chef Association and the brand ambassador for Kericho Gold Tea.
• Got him to a level of him being appearing in newspapers, magazines, radio and television promoting Kenyan cuisine.
• Got him to be awarded severally both locally and internationally.
